Operations Manager

LELY exudes energy! Besides delicious dishes and a very extensive drinks menu, there's a good chance you'll meet new people with us. Our doors are open from early morning until late at night for everyone, so we have a carefully curated menu ready for every moment of the day. The kitchen team works creatively with delicious fresh ingredients, so even the classics are transformed into a surprising work of art on your plate.

We are looking for an experienced manager who would like to lead a large team together with an assistant. You ensure that the guests of LELY can enjoy a perfect experience. You exude hospitality and joy, and can effortlessly involve your team in this. You recognise the qualities of your team members and know how to make the most of them. In addition, you keep your cool in stressful situations and always strive for perfection. Together with your team, the assistant, and the chefs, you ensure a total experience from early morning until late at night.

What will you do?

• You lead the employees on the floor. You guide them, instruct them, give them feedback, but above all: you inspire and challenge them;

• You always have an overview of the business;

• You are the point of contact for staff and guests;

• You make guests feel completely at home at LELY and deliver them the full package of hospitality;

• You can implement ideas and improvements and will always strive for the best version of yourself;

• You have the necessary knowledge from all aspects of the hospitality industry and know how to apply it;

• You monitor business results and know how to improve them when necessary.

• You work neatly and adhere to HACCP hygiene requirements.

Who are you?

• Proven work experience in hospitality is a requirement, but you are also eager to learn and looking for new challenges;

• You are enthusiastic and driven;

• Relevant permits and certificates are a plus, but you can also obtain these with us;

• Friendly, open, and service-oriented personality;

• You are proactive and ambitious to get the best out of yourself, the team, and the business;

• You always think one step ahead of the rest;

• You are available at least 32 hours per week (including weekends);

• You aspire to grow within a growing organisation.
