Within our hospitality group in Amsterdam, you have the opportunity to work entrepreneurially. You liaise directly with the owners and management and have an influence on decisions that matter. Not an executive role, but a position in which you provide direction.

What you will do

You lead the team and help colleagues grow in service and collaboration
You are involved in personnel matters such as applications, rosters, and development discussions
You work closely with the chef and ensure that the drinks and wine list complements the menu
You monitor revenue, staff planning, and daily operational choices
You step in on the floor when needed and always maintain an overview
You actively think about improvements, efficiency, and quality
You take on facility tasks and ensure the establishment always looks well-kept and hospitable
You manage inventory and place orders
