Job Description
-
Directing, guiding and supporting the team;
- Close collaboration with the chef, wine/drinks menu must align with dinner menu;
- Daily responsible for turnover (i.e. upselling, taking staff margins into account, etc.);
- Organising and executing events;
- Assertiveness with regard to facility tasks;
- Keeping and replenishing stock;
- Placing orders;
- Providing service in the broadest sense of the word;
- Comprehensive service duties;
- Administration.

Your Profile
- Always friendly towards guests and staff;
- Full-time available (4-day workweek negotiable);
- Leading a team is second nature to you;
- Pleasant to deal with and easily approachable;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Proactive and solution-oriented;
- As happy to work during the day as in the evening;
- Residing in or around Amsterdam;
