Job Description
- Lead, guide, and support the team;
- Close collaboration with the chef, the wine/drinks menu should complement the dinner menu;
- Daily responsible for revenue (i.e. Upselling, considering staffing margins, etc.);
- Organise and conduct events;
- Assertiveness regarding facility tasks;
- Manage and replenish stock;
- Place orders;
- Provide service in the broadest sense of the word;
- Comprehensive operational tasks;
- Administration.
Your Profile
- Always a friendly attitude towards guests and staff;
- Available full-time (4-day workweek negotiable);
- Leading a team is your second nature;
- Pleasant to deal with and easily approachable;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Proactive and solution-oriented;
- Enjoy working both day and night shifts;
- Residing in or around Amsterdam;
