Job Description
You lead the employees on the floor.
You guide them, supervise them, give them instructions, provide feedback, but most of all: you inspire them and challenge them;
You always maintain an overview of the establishment;
You are the point of contact for staff and guests;
Responsible for excellent guest experience and service;
Close collaboration with the manager and chefs, you dare to suggest ideas and improvements and will always strive for the best version of yourself;
You have the necessary knowledge from all sides of the hospitality industry and know how to apply it;
You are responsible for the daily operations and related administration;
Work with your team to achieve goals and improve the atmosphere;
You work neatly and adhere to the HACCP hygiene requirements.
Who are you?
Proven work experience in hospitality is essential, but you are also eager to learn and looking for new challenges;
You are enthusiastic and highly driven;
Relevant permits and certificates are an advantage, but you can also obtain them with us;
Friendly, open, and service-oriented personality;
You have a strong sense of responsibility;
You are a true team player with a positive attitude;
You are proactive and ambitious to bring out the best in yourself, the team, and the establishment;
You are available for at least 24 hours per week (also on weekends).
