Job Description  

• You lead the employees on the floor.

• You guide them, supervise them, give them instructions, provide feedback, but most of all: you inspire them and challenge them; 

• You always maintain an overview of the establishment; 

• You are the point of contact for staff and guests; 

• Responsible for excellent guest experience and service;  

• Close collaboration with the manager and chefs, you dare to suggest ideas and improvements and will always strive for the best version of yourself; 

• You have the necessary knowledge from all sides of the hospitality industry and know how to apply it; 

• You are responsible for the daily operations and related administration; 

• Work with your team to achieve goals and improve the atmosphere;  

• You work neatly and adhere to the HACCP hygiene requirements.  

Who are you? 

• Proven work experience in hospitality is essential, but you are also eager to learn and looking for new challenges; 

• You are enthusiastic and highly driven; 

• Relevant permits and certificates are an advantage, but you can also obtain them with us; 

• Friendly, open, and service-oriented personality; 

• You have a strong sense of responsibility;  

• You are a true team player with a positive attitude; 

• You are proactive and ambitious to bring out the best in yourself, the team, and the establishment; 

• You are available for at least 24 hours per week (also on weekends).
