Job Description
Leading and directing your team;
Ultimate responsibility for the quality and consistency of the kitchen;
Coordinating and organising the work in the kitchen;
Keeping track of purchasing and stock in the kitchen;
Motivating, encouraging, and correcting when necessary;
Receiving and checking orders;
Cleaning the work environment;
Responsibility for identifying particularities and defects in the work environment;
Cost-conscious, effective, and efficient work;
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations;
Responsible for HACCP.
