Job Description 
  • Leading and managing your team; 

  • Ultimately responsible for the quality and consistency of the kitchen; 

  • Coordinating and organising work execution in the kitchen; 

  • Tracking purchasing and stock in the kitchen; 

  • Motivating, stimulating, and correcting when necessary; 

  • Receiving and checking orders; 

  • Cleaning the work environment; 

  • Responsibility for identifying special features and defects in the work environment; 

  • Cost-conscious, effective, and efficient working; 

  • Ensuring compliance with regulations in the area of safety; 

  • Responsible for HACCP.
