LELY exudes energy! Besides delicious dishes and an extensive drinks menu, there is a good chance you will meet new people with us. Our doors are open from early in the morning until late at night, so we have a carefully crafted menu for every moment of the day. The kitchen team works creatively with fresh ingredients, transforming even the classics into a surprising masterpiece on your plate.
We are looking for experienced and less experienced shift leaders. You ensure that the guests of LELY can enjoy a perfect experience. You are not afraid to lead and inspire, set the standard, and take responsibility for your shift. You radiate hospitality and enjoyment and love engaging with people. Additionally, you keep your cool in stressful situations and always strive for perfection.
What will you do?
You take responsibility for your shift;
You make sure that the guests of LELY feel completely at home;
You manage the team you work with on the floor;
You set the standard and thus inspire the rest of the team;
You maintain an overview of the business;
You ensure service quality and product quality are maintained at all times;
You are the point of contact for both your team and the guests;
You work neatly and adhere to the HACCP hygiene standards.

You have a passion for the hospitality industry;
You are flexibly available, at least two days a week (day and evening possible);
You have an eye for detail;

You want to develop your leadership skills.
