Located in the heart of the bustling KNSM island, amidst a mix of modern architecture and historical charm, you will find KANIS, an authentic warm eatery café. It is a beautiful location by the water, where you can moor your boat at the landing stage. The spacious south-facing terrace is the ideal place to enjoy a drink and a snack in the sun. At KANIS, we are not only a day establishment where you can have lunch and enjoy pleasant drinks, but also an eatery where you can enjoy our frequently changing international dinner menu every day.
We are looking for experienced (or less experienced) shift leaders. As a shift leader, you are co-responsible for the daily operations. You function as the right hand of the manager, contribute ideas, direct, and ensure that the quality of, among other things, the service remains high. You ensure that your shift runs smoothly!

You take responsibility for your shift;
You make the guests of KANIS feel completely at home;
You lead the team with whom you work on the floor;
You set the standard and thus inspire the rest of the team;
You maintain an overview of the establishment;
You always guarantee the quality of service and the product;
You are the point of contact for both your team and the guests;
You work neatly and adhere to the HACCP hygiene requirements.
