LELY exudes energy! Alongside delicious dishes and a very extensive drinks menu, there's a good chance you'll meet new people with us. Our doors are open from early morning until late at night for everyone, so we have a carefully composed menu for every moment of the day. The kitchen team works creatively with delicious fresh ingredients, so even the classics are transformed into a surprising masterpiece on your plate.
We are looking for a chef who has an affinity for further developing the organisation and the menu, is creative and not afraid to bring (crazy) products from different parts of the world together on a plate, and above all is a huge team player! You will, among other things, share responsibility with the current team for developing the menu, managing the figures, and the daily operation.

The position;
Leading and managing your team, you are a true team player;
Creating & conceiving the menu that changes every 3 months;
Working closely with site manager(s) on the floor;
(Final) responsibility for the quality and consistency of the kitchen;
Keeping track of purchasing and stock in the kitchen;
Receiving and checking orders;
Ultimately responsible for keeping the working environment clean;
Responsible for identifying special features and defects in the working environment;
Cost-conscious, effective, and efficient working;
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations;
Responsible for HACCP.
Who are you?
Proven management experience in the kitchen of at least 2 years;
Available full-time (4-day workweek negotiable);
Affinity with world cuisine, creative disposition;
Responds to trends in the current market;
Good communication skills;
You have a love for hospitality;
Positive attitude & you ensure a pleasant working atmosphere;
SVH diploma;
Being a certified trainer is a plus; otherwise, the desire to become one.
