The role
Managing the kitchen team and actively participating
Contributing ideas and developing our changing menu
Maintaining flavour, quality, and appearance
Monitoring stock and purchases
Receiving and checking orders
Working cleanly and organised
Noting any special needs or maintenance requirements
Working cost-consciously and efficiently
Ensuring safety and hygiene
Responsible for HACCP
Who you are
You have kitchen experience and enjoy taking responsibility
You are available full-time (4 days negotiable)
You have a passion for worldly flavours and cooking with care
You communicate clearly and enjoy working together
You love hospitality and gain energy from pleasing guests
You contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team
