Assistant Chef
Have you always wanted to work in the kitchen or do you already have kitchen experience and want to earn well within a close-knit, young team? Then we are looking for you!
What will you do?
As a chef, you start the day with a delicious cup of coffee and your favourite music. You put the sandwiches in the oven, check what needs to be done and make a plan for the day. You cook the veal neck for the vitello tonato sandwich, smoke the chicken for the flammkuchen, and come up with an original Festmaal. Around midday, your fellow chef (or you) arrives, and together you are responsible for a smooth lunch service. After the busy lunch, you clean up the kitchen and start preparing for the evening. At the end of the afternoon, the evening shift takes over. While you enjoy a well-deserved closing drink, your colleagues will take care of the drinks and dinner and leave the kitchen tidy for the next day.
Who are you?
You have a passion for cooking and are focused on flavour. You are organised and tidy. You are creative and can brainstorm about dishes. You are a team player and have good communication skills. You are flexibly available from Monday to Friday and would enjoy working in a close-knit, young team.
