Administrative Assistant

Job Description;

As a part-time administrative assistant at our Bartel, you are responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks. Your duties include sending and checking invoices, verifying payments, and providing support to our business managers. Additionally, you play a role in supporting HR tasks, such as maintaining personnel files and coordinating recruitment procedures. In this versatile role, you contribute to the efficient operation of our hospitality establishments and ensure that our administrative processes run smoothly.

Who are you?

  • You are young, flexible, and enthusiastic.

  • You have some experience with administrative tasks, preferably in a hospitality context.

  • You are accurate, organized, and can handle deadlines well.

  • You have good communication skills and can collaborate well with different colleagues.

  • Experience with accounting programs and HR systems is a plus.

  • You have a proactive attitude and are able to work independently.

  • You are available for a part-time position (approximately hours per week) and are flexible in terms of working hours.
