Junior manager
Kanis
Junior manager
In the heart of the vibrant KNSM Island, amidst a mix of modern architecture and historical charm, sits KANIS, an authentic warm café. It's a beautiful location by the water, where you can moor your boat at the dock. The spacious south-facing terrace is the ideal place to enjoy a drink and snack in the sun. At KANIS, we are not only a day spot for lunch and social drinks, but also a café where you can enjoy our frequently changing International dinner menu daily.
From January 2024, we have taken over this establishment and will continue with its concept. By the end of February, we have undergone major renovations to improve the bar and kitchen, allowing us to work more comfortably and efficiently, and importantly, make KANIS look even better.
We are now looking for someone to support our manager. As an assistant manager, you are jointly responsible for the daily operations. You function as the manager's right-hand, collaborate, lead, and ensure the quality of service, among other things, remains high. You ensure the day/week runs smoothly!
You enjoy managing a young and diverse team and supporting them in developing their hospitality knowledge and skills. Do you love the brewing process of beer? Or do you mix cocktails at every house party? That's a great plus. At KANIS, we continue to refine our product knowledge. Finally, you don’t have to have been a manager already. At KANIS, we value enthusiasm the most. We gladly offer the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
